Return Policy
Upon receipt of your order, you have a 7 day window to initiate a return. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot facilitate a refund or exchange.
For the return to be processed, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging. Please send us an email at liujoiastudiobcn@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return, and we will guide you on the steps to return the product. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Upon receiving your returned item, we will notify you via email and proceed with either the refund or exchange for another product, as per your request.
Should the delivery of your order prove impossible, the courier will deposit the parcel at the nearest service point. Subsequently, you will receive an email/SMS notifying you of its location and instructions for retrieval.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at liujoiastudiobcn@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please be aware that return parcels may not always find their way back to our studio. Consequently, we can only process a refund upon the arrival of your order at our studio. In such instances, LIU JOIA is authorized to levy transportation costs related to shipping and termination costs.
